The Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, located in Glebe, NSW, is conducting a trial to determine whether taking your blood pressure medications in the evening is better than taking them in the morning if you have sleep apnoea and high blood pressure. To determine whether you are eligible, you would receive an overnight sleep study and a Sleep Physician assessment. If you are interested, please complete the following questions and we will contact you in a timely fashion.

Please answer the following questions:

1. Have you ever been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnoea?
2. Have you ever had high blood pressure?
3. Are you currently taking medication for high blood pressure?
4. Are you aged 18-65 (inclusive)?
5. Are you willing to travel to Inner West Sydney several times over a 6 month period to participate in this study?
6. Have you had a heart attack in the last six months?
